Talking

Talking investigates the mechanics of perception and communication using single-sense computing devices. The installation explores how we interpret and understand information when limited to specific sensory channels.

The work is constructed from a camera, screen, and computer system that processes visual input and translates it into different representational forms, examining the gap between what we see and what we understand, and how meaning is constructed through technological mediation.

Installation in The Story of Light festival, Goa (India)

The Story of Light Festival, held in January 2015 in Panjim, Goa (India), brought together 65 artists, scientists, philosophers and teachers from around the world to celebrate light through interactive installations, workshops, and performances. It provided a great venue for audiences of all ages to explore visual perception through the Talking exhibit.
